Not quiet understanding the consequences of their plea! Example: no locontendo. Is the same as guilty plea?
This plea goes into your record and stays there depending on the magnitude of your case.
I believe this was created to minimize the paper work and time labor that it takes to process court cases. There are Public Defenders that put fear and intimidation on inmates to take the plea bargain so that they get out sooner, this creates problems for that person in the future. Look out! Fight your cases.
With the FBI back grown checks, these cases come up on their data. This hurts millions of immigrants and their effort to legalize their status.
