Kandelo El Kandelero recibió un reconocimiento el 10 de mayo de 2008 en New York en un evento dado por la junta de directores de la parada de los reyes magos de la ciudad de Broklyn por su participación durante 10 años consecutivos ayudando a recolectar juguetes para los niños de la comunidad. El cantante de “Sola” recibió una placa en reconocimiento por su participación en la parada POR MAS DE 9 ANOS!la cual dice así: Por resaltar los quilates y dones de artista en las tarimas en que te presentas.
