I am guatemalan, he is US citizen (white, was born here) and my daughter is living in guatemala with my parents now.

I came here in 2004 I met him in 2005 I decided to stay. I didnt reissue my visa cuz we were planning to get married... but first we needed the money and my daughter papers... We finally got the money but not for my daughter's legalization... she had a visa but expired I went to guatemala to see if somehow we both could get a reissue but the Consulate didnt reissue it.  I was stock there and then I decided to get back here and work together to solve my situation (I crossed the border) Now I've no papers, and no idea of what should we do next. We are getting married anyway.  We just dont want to live apart from each other anymore, it was such a traumatizing experience.  My daughter just want to join us, thats her only dream and part of our concern is IF I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK TO GUATEMALA insted of getting a waiver here?
